Terms of Service – The Massage Studio

By booking a service at The Massage Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Client Responsibility

• Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of other clients.
• Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be treated and will be charged for the session.

2. Health and Medical Conditions

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries prior to your session.
• The Massage Studio is not responsible for any health issues resulting from undisclosed conditions.

3. Right to Refuse Service

• The Massage Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client who behaves inappropriately, disrespects staff, or fails to follow these terms.

4. Gift Certificates and Prepaid Services

• As stated in our return policy, gift certificates and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period.

5. Cancellations

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged in full.
