• Once a gift certificate, membership, or any prepaid service is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
• Please make sure to review the details of your purchase carefully before completing your transaction.

Appoinment Cancellations or Rescheduling

• Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
• In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the service will be considered as rendered and will not be eligible for a refund.
